Customer Survey 2014
Our annual survey was sent to all schools.
We received a total of 282 responses, 32 more than last year with 40 of these being manual entry.
Overall feedback suggests that EiS Kent is valued by most customers, and there were numerous comments about our staff being helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
The winner of our 3-day training voucher worth nearly £550 was Tracy Smith from Riverside (Bromley)
