Our customers are central to everything we do and we aim to create the right IT environment to allow schools to perform well. We are Customer Service Excellence accredited and are regularly assessed by external auditors. The last assessor made the following comments:
“Customers interviewed by the assessor were very pleased with the level of service provided by EiS. Clearly the service is held in high regard and customers are confident that issues will be resolved in a timely fashion. They also spoke about the help and guidance which is available and one customer claimed passionately ‘if EiS was not there, I wouldn’t be here’ emphasising the reliance on help and informal support.”
“There is good evidence that EiS responds to crises and will ’go the extra mile’ to ensure its customers have the best service. A recent issue has demonstrated that staff are able to react to a major failure quickly and efficiently and work hard to find solutions that minimise disruption to the service.”
