The Research Machines (RM) Approved Support Partner Scheme
The Approved Support Partner (ASP) scheme consists of a range of services that enable organisations to offer primary and secondary schools support on RM networks with the backing of RM Support Services. The services are available to Local Authorities and other organisations that provide direct support to the schools within their area.

EiS Kent are gold members of the Service Desk Institute. All of our Service Desk staff pass their Service Desk Analyst exam as part of their induction training. This gives them an industry recognised qualification and more importantly, ensures that they have a full understanding of the standard of service EiS Kent are committed to providing our customers every day.
